Why aren’t you in the Shopify Theme Store?+

By choice. Every theme in the Theme Store has to follow the same rules about what it is allowed to do — which is a big part of why so many Shopify stores end up looking like each other. Selling direct means we are not held to that list. It is why you get drop countdowns, your own uploaded fonts and a built-in music player, and why a change we make reaches your store in days instead of waiting months to be approved.

How is this different from Plain Jane?+

Interactive includes the complete Plain Jane theme, then adds the interactive layer on top: shoppable spaces, clickable product hotspots, up to eight connected rooms, and floating collage. If you do not need those, Plain Jane is the right theme.

Do I need an app for the interactive parts?+

No. Shoppable spaces, hotspots, connected rooms and collage are built into the theme. There is nothing extra to subscribe to and nothing to reinstall after a Shopify update.

Do I need anything extra?+

No. Interactive includes the full Plain Jane theme. Spaces, hotspots, rooms and collage are built in — no app, and no special shoot required.

Standard or Lifetime?+

Standard ($149) includes the current version plus 12 months of updates. Your store stays live and fully functional after that — you'll just need an active license to keep using the customizer for new edits. Lifetime ($349) keeps the customizer unlocked and includes free updates, for good.

Do I need to know how to code?+

No. Everything is edited in Shopify’s own visual editor — the same one you already use. There are walkthrough videos for each section, and if you would rather not do it at all, install help is free.

What if I don’t have Shopify?+

You will need a Shopify store to run the theme — it is a Shopify theme, not a standalone website builder. If you are not on Shopify yet you can start a store for $1 a month for the first three months, then install the theme on it.

Is this a subscription?+

No. You pay once. Standard includes 12 months of updates and keeps working after that; Lifetime includes every future update.

Will my apps still work?+

Yes. These are standard Shopify 2.0 themes, so your existing apps, checkout and payment setup carry over untouched.

What if it is not the right fit?+

If the theme doesn't improve your conversions, show us and we'll refund you in full. Email support@openspaces.design within 14 days of purchase with your order number and before/after conversion data. What it does not cover is a change of mind, or a theme you have not set up yet — if you are stuck on setup, ask us for install help and we will do it with you.
